Delivery Locations:
We currently ship to addresses within Europe, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, Australia, and many parts of the world.

Processing Time:
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • International: Shipping varies in different countries, but normally takes 7-10 working days.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and order value.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our returns policy is simple:

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Some items, such as personal care products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email us at customercare@theglamourshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions and a returns address.
  3. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
