- Protects the hair fibre during processing for minimised hair breakage
- Lightens darker natural hair bases 4 and lighter up to 5 levels
- Lightens previously colour-treated hair lengths bases 6 and lighter
- Perfect for all off-scalp applications and freehand painting techniques
Technical information:
- Bleach & Tone is recommended for off-scalp application only such as highlights
- Do not overlap with previously lightened hair
- Always mix all three components (10-15ml Bleach & Tone, 35g PPL9+, 50ml Developer)
